Christina Mcfadden
Christina McFadden is an executive coach and experiential facilitator who helps leaders level up and lead with clarity and confidence. She is known for creating honest, playful spaces where people can show up fully, learn at their growth edge, and take bold steps forward. She has the canny ability to see you and provide powerful real-time feedback.
With more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles—ranging from C-Level and being the first employee at multiple startups —Christina brings both strategic rigor and laughter to her work. She specializes in executive presence, group dynamics, and verbal and nonverbal patterns that shape influence, trust, and connection. Her coaching supports leaders and teams navigating growth, complexity, and change with greater ease and impact.
Christina has partnered with leaders across tech, bio-tech, finance, healthcare, retail, travel and many more, including Adobe, Anthropic, Apple, Credit Karma, Delta Airlines, Dollar Store, Dropbox, Figma, EY, Expedia, Hinge Health, Google, LinkedIn, Lyft, Microsoft, UC Berkeley, United Airlines, QVC, Zoom, and numerous startup founders. She also designs and leads group and team coaching experiences that strengthen collaboration and leadership capacity in fast-moving environments.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Oxford, a Master’s in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, was a Fellow at Stanford University, and is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation. Christina has taught and facilitated programs globally, including at UC Berkeley, the University of Oxford, Stanford University, and the Co-Active Training Institute. A longtime improviser and world traveler, she brings curiosity, presence, and play wherever she goes.
