Christina Mcfadden Arteaga

Christina McFadden Arteaga is a leadership coach and experiential facilitator who creates an honest, playful space for her clients to show up fully and take bold steps forward. With more than 20 years of leadership experience—including being the first employee at multiple startups—Christina brings depth, clarity, and a sense of fun to her work. She specializes in executive presence, group dynamics, and uncovering both verbal and nonverbal communication patterns to help leaders understand and elevate their impact.

Christina has a proven track record of guiding organizations toward significant operational and financial growth. She has coached leaders across industries including tech, finance, and healthcare, with clients such as Adobe, Apple, Dropbox, Ernst & Young (EY), Expedia, Google, LinkedIn, Lyft, Microsoft, Penske Media, UC Berkeley, Zoom, and numerous startup co-founders. She also leads group and team coaching engagements, supporting leaders as they navigate today’s fast-changing business landscape.

She has taught at institutions and organizations worldwide, including UC Berkeley, the University of Oxford, Stanford University, and the Co-Active Training Institute. Christina holds a postgraduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Oxford and a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. She earned her undergraduate degree from Boston University’s School of Management in Organizational Behavior with a minor in Group Dynamics and was a Stanford University H4A Fellow.

Certified by the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), Strozzi Institute, and Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Christina also holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation and is on track to achieve her Master Certified Coach (MCC). She is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, Collective Leadership Assessment, and the Hogan 360. Beyond coaching, Christina has studied and performed improv for over a decade, bringing creativity and play into everything she does.
