We offer two levels of collaboration:
Program Co-Design: Led by a senior partner from Blue Door, this includes upfront design of the coaching program, success metrics, and alignment with larger organizational goals. This phase ensures the coaching experience supports broader cultural and business objectives.
Program Management: A dedicated Senior Customer Success Manager ensures seamless communication, reporting, and logistics. Regular check-ins (monthly or quarterly) help track progress, share insights, and ensure we’re meeting your needs.

We care about results—and we measure them. Our coaching programs include:
Initial and final 360 assessments to understand baseline and growth
Participant surveys during the engagement to track effectiveness and experience
A final Progress Survey sent to stakeholders (e.g. managers, peers) to measure behavior change
A 6-month follow-up survey to assess sustained impact over time
